Creative ways to display flatware? [more inside]

Where can I find a fancy travel flatware set as a 60th birthday present for my quirky, foodie colleague? He currently brings his own sterling in lieu of the plastic utensils at the local taco joint. I was inspired by this exhibit, which displayed travel fork/knife/spoon sets, which were apparently very fashionable hundreds of years ago, when my coworker really should have been born. I'm looking for a travel set to replace his current flatware, which he just rolls up and lugs around, either new or vintage, that's around $100. Something nicer than a typical camping set. Where should I look?

I'm going to be doing some large group entertaining in the near future and I'm curious how to go about making sure all the tables look exactly the same for that "wow" impact when people walk into the room. Are there any tips and techniques for helping keep all the tables look the same even when using several people to set them all?

Anybody know where I can buy the Faces - Ferran Adria Collection in America? I'm looking for three specific items, and would like to avoid paying the exorbitant overseas shipping charges associated with ordering from a foreign source. Online sources preferred, but even a bricks and mortar store that I might be able to call and order from would be fine. Thanks in advance
