Politically-incorrect-flash-conversion-filter: I'm trying to upload this flash image (warning: audio, adolescent humor, and probably NSFW) to YouTube, and apparently I need to convert it to video first. All the available conversion utilities seem to be for Windows, and I'm OS X based. Ideas?

What's the best way to turn an iTunes (Mac) playlist into a self-contained Flash player that will play the music in that playlist? It seems like someone should have already figured this out and created some kind of script that can do it, but I haven't been able to find any such thing.

Why is the sound in embedded Flash movies always so goddamn loud? And how can I make them quieter in OS X? (I tried Detour, but it required APE, which had some incompatibilities with BBEdit.)
