I'm looking for a mini flash game that I used to play back in the day (I would say, 2006?) that if I remember correctly had graphics similar to
critter crunch Their were a bunch of mini games and it looked Japanese. I have been dying to find it again, but this is all I can remember about it. I'm hoping one of you knows what I'm talking about. Anyone?

I’m trying to remember a recent browser-based Flash game. It was a vertical scroller, overhead space-themed shooter, something I saw online within the past 6-12 months. You had a ship and you’d pick up weapons. Your bullets were meagre at first, and then numerous as you upgraded your weapons. The screen would fill up with bad guys, bullets everywhere, general mayhem that you could only survive with a constant inflow of invincibility powerups.
What was this game?

Several years ago, I saw a website with a fun little flash or javascript applet thingy where you could build little tensegrity structure creatures, then have oscillating movements applied to the pieces, so that the structures would seem to "walk". I don't remember what it was called! From memory, one of the simpler structures looked sort of like
this. What was it? Is it still online?

Can you identify this not-famous game? Filter: Looking for an online game I lost. A very simplistic, grid-based drag-and-line-up same-colored squares game (Flash). I want to locate the game and hopefully download it for offline play. But first I need to find it!

I'm trying to find a little Japanese flash game I found in either 08 or 09. It was a cute, quirky thing where you were a little sumo and you had to smash small things to build up your strength - eventually going to to smash very large things like temples and bits of mountain.

I feel like learning how to make some simple Flash games, moving up to more complicated ideas later on. I've downloaded/installed ActonScript and Fixel's stuff for programing. Where's a good source for tutorials/guides for learning to do the basics?

I'm looking for the online equivalent of a dollhouse, or Lego or Playmobil people — a Flash/Java/whatever app that lets the user dress up a bunch of characters with different clothes/props/features/whatever and arrange them in a scene. I know I've seen stuff like this on websites for kids. The catch is, we need this for a psycholinguistics experiment we're running, which means we need to be able to run the app on our own server and record the user's actions (with consent, of course). Does something like this exist?

Help me find this cool site! Site was an example of crowd dynamics. The site presented a shared space and a random assortment of letters, like Scrabble tiles, that could be dragged around the screen to spell out words.

There was a flash game entitled Diablo III that circulated the internet five or so years ago, that was a parody of the Diablo series. The game basically consisted of clicking on a box as rapidly as possible. However, I can't find it anymore. Do you know where it lives?

I'm a social psychologist looking for some advice about where to find a programmer to write what would basically be a very simple flash-type game. The game itself would require some simple user-interactiveness (e.g. selecting options), a fairly low level of graphics (maybe not stick figures, but nothing too artsy), and the ability to collect and store user data. Any suggestions?

I'm playing a certain flash game. I'd like to be able to pause when I like, repeat levels at will, and so on (the game does not normally allow this). What's my best bet? Any cool standalone flash players that will let me do this?

I'm trying to find a link that was (I think) posted on MeFi 2 or 3 years back, but my searches have been fruitless. It was a flash 'game' that taught handy German taunts for lan parties.
