Good biographies of F. Scott Fitzgerald?

A friend of mine would like to read more about F. Scott Fitzgerald's life. What can you recommend? I'm interested particularly in any good biographies or other books, hopefully veering more towards "interesting reading" than "overly academic". Suggestions? Thanks.

Where can I find a transcription of Take Love Easy by Joe Pass and Ella Fitzgerald? I know where to find a chart of the changes, but I am interested in the full guitar transcription, is this available anywhere?

Who thinks perfect breasts are shaped like cocktail glasses?

Writer who said, "Perfect breasts should be shaped like wine glasses" (or something to that effect)? I remember reading this in a book some time ago. I'm thinking it's either Fitzgerald or Capote. The narrator was describing a nude woman (Kate McCloud? Damn you, Google Books Snippet View!) and he mentions a particular type of drinking vessel that implies favor for round, flat breasts (more like a martini glass, perhaps?), at least as far as I can remember. I was pretty sure it was a famous description, but I can't for the life of me find it...

"The master's body!" roared the butler into the mouthpiece. "I'm sorry, madame, but we can't furnish it — it's far too hot to touch this noon!"
What he really said was: "Yes… yes… I'll see."

I've always wondered what this passage from The Great Gatsby means. To see the context, the full text is here.

Having trouble with my English lit.

Could someone please explain to me what narrative level 'The Great Gatsby' is in [more inside] I have to write an essay on it and I can't understand what each level is. I've attempted to work it out and I think its intradiegetic, but I'm not sure. Our university library is also not very helpful as the books that I need have been out since September.

It's been a long time since I've logged on here last, so I hope that doesn't bode too unfavourably for me.

Any help will be greatly appreciated:)

"The Great Gatsby" art work

I have been in love with Francis Cugat's ubiquitous cover of _The Great Gatsby_ since I first saw it in my middle school library. This fascination has only grown, especially after actually reading it in high school. Sadly, I can't find a poster or print of this painting on the internet. I'm looking for a decent reproduction that measures at least 18" wide. Where can I buy a print or poster of this?
FYI, according to WikiPedia the original dust jacket artwork is now in the public domain.
