I love YousableTubeFix for Firefox, which sets global preferences for things like preferred resolution (the most important feature to me), default player size, and whether to autoplay videos on channel pages. The problem: it's still blocking ads even though I told it not to. Could you recommend any other Youtube-preference-modifying Firefox userscripts or add-ons that have a similar purpose but without accidentally blocking the ads?

The latest versions of Firefox
and Safari that can run on my Mac Intel G4 tower (OS X 10.4.11) keep crashing when I open more than one video in separate tabs or windows on YouTube or Hulu. The problem isn't consistent, but it does seem to happen when I have at least 7 or 8 tabs open at once. Can anyone help me solve this?

Firefox fails me. I can't figure out why I can hear audio on YouTube, but not see the videos. I just get a big white, empty space where the video should be. What gives? It looks like Flash is installed. Do I need something else?

I want to watch youtube
MOBILE on my computer (m.youtube.com) but can't quite get it. Firefox and VLC gets me close, but not easily and sadly without sound. Would I better off with some smartphone emulator?
