What kind of fake fur is this? Bonus points for where I can find 20 yards of it cheaply. [more inside]

So, in high school, I found this website that sold custom-made fur hats. The hats were cat-eared and could be made with a ribbon strap under the chin. The fur-fabrics you could choose from were kawaii-style: neon colors, loud patterns, etc. I want to buy one of these hats now as a Christmas present, but can't find the site. Does anyone know the site, or have a similar site to suggest?
