I'm a male looking for a button-down shirt available in different, solid colors that's wrinkle-free (no ironing) and has no shirt pocket. I need a modern/athletic fit. Looking for both long-sleeve and short-sleeve. (A good example is this, but it's not wrinkle-free.)

I have to go on a few job interviews for web producer positions in the UK. I've got a suit, and a collarless black jacket/suit which I quite like and isn't too far off the norm. I’ll be launching a new t-shirt site over the next several months and am looking for insight into what makes a good shirt (our fearless leader, for example, likes American Apparel shirts and the designs from Protoculture, nerdnyc and glarkware). So what do you look for? Comfort (cotton? cotton-poly blends?)? Funny or clever slogans (you bet your ass there’s a difference between funny and clever (and witty, too))? Artistic value? Originality? Retro styling (or do you think retro's going back to the grave)? What’s your favorite t-shirt? Where and how did you find the shirt/seller?
