Seeking fair-labor, nontoxic bindis that'll stay on forehead for 12 hrs

I'm an Indian-American Hindu woman living in New York City. I've recently started wearing a bindi every day -- the sticker kind, a.k.a. kumkum or kunkma. If I want ethically produced bindis that have nontoxic, long-lasting adhesive (will stay on my face for 12 continuous hours without moving around), what brand should I seek out, and where/how should I buy it? What is the appropriate exchange rate of cash/beverages/snacks to wifi?

Baristas! Bartenders! Bar and coffee shop owners! Other officeless people! I often work in coffee shops, and sometimes in bars. I stay for hours, sitting in chairs, soaking up A/C, using the wifi, and listening to music on headphones. What is the appropriate volume of drink/snack buying &/or tipping to avoid being a jerk and provide adequate compensation? (My current rate is ~ one coffee/two hours.) Is there any kind of consensus about this? [more inside]

Where are the ethical, affordable and well fitting clothes?

I want to buy some new clothes and I'm keen to do this ethically, so organic cotton and fair trade. I'd also like to do this without breaking the bank. When I search online, I can quickly find affordable, ethical t-shirts, but struggle to find any jeans, shirts or v-necks that are ethical and not designer-label priced. Are my Google skills lacking, and if so where do you purchase your clothes from, or is there a reason why clothes that are organic/fair trade also come with designer price tags? [more inside]

Individually wrapped fair trade chocolates in bulk?

I have a booth at a trade conference a couple of times a year and I have spent time and money curating a reputation as someone who gives away very good chocolate at my booth. To date I have given away Lindor Chocolate Truffles. Then this year someone popped along and asked me if they were fair trade. No, dammit, they are not fair trade. But owing to the nature of my business, they probably should be. Please suggest some fair trade chocolates that I can substitute for Lindor truffles. [more inside]
