A couple of years ago I found the best black leather jacket ever, and I diligently applied some sort of waterproofing/leather protectant spray every few months for the first year. It's been pretty well-loved since then, and is starting to show slight signs of wear--nothing major, but enough so that I don't want it to get worse. How can I restore it to its former glory and keep it protected so I don't have to think about buying another one for many years?

My son's school has a "100th day of school" t-shirt project coming up, requiring 100 of something to be on the shirt. He's a kindergartener with fine-motor issues who suggests a Pac-Man theme. I'd like him to decorate the shirt himself or at least part of it.
So, how should he get 100 colored dots in various pastel colors on a black or navy t-shirt? Ideally the dot-making wouldn't require a lot of grip strength or precision. (We adults will help with the Pac-Man, ghosts, and maze lines as needed.) Bonus points for washability, but that's not essential.

I have a T-shirt made from a kind of fabric I've not seen since, I'd like to get more. It's supposedly 100% cotton, but I'm not sure if that's true.

I want to make a jute lampshade, or rather, several trapezoidal pieces of jute stretched over wood frames that will act like a lampshade. I know almost nothing about jute, or lampshades, but plenty about wood.

Where in or around Chicago can I buy 100% wool jersey fabric? I've found a couple places on-line, but strongly prefer to touch the fabric and verify the color in person before I drop $20+ per yard on it. I did not see any at Vogue on Roosevelt--they have suiting but I'm looking for a different drape than a wool twill.

My boyfriend has an awesome new t-shirt with a large, thick, flat image screened(?) on the front that bunched up and creased after the first wash-and-dry. Is there a way to get rid of the creases and folds in the image? And then what's the best way to care for it from here on out?

I finally found a pair of black, cordura cycling jeans that seem like they'll last for years. On the other hand, I've started to discover that my Levis don't last. Where else can I find indestructable pants?

Came across this fabric stored above my wardrobe recently and have no idea of what it is called or what use it would have been put to.
As the
photo illustrates it has a bright green tonic background with raised woven black lines across it making a heavily textured surface.
Unusually the back is identical to the front.
It is a little too heavy to be a dress fabric and why would it be double sided if it was a furnishing or curtaining fabric?

I got a rug for my bathroom from Pier 1 Imports which is off white with colored stripes. I havent washed it yet, but it got wet, and the red bled into the off white a bit making it faintly pink in a small area. Can you tell me how to 1. eliminate the pink without harming the adjacent red or other colors, and 2. treat the other colors so that bleeding does not occur again, and I can wash it?
