I need some help with an exercise plan that will work with a bulging disk in my lower back. Ideally, it would be about 3-4 days a week in the gym, plus cardio. I’d like to incorporate lots of compound lifts but there are a few hitches in that plan due to the injury… details inside. [more inside]
I'm considering going to a mostly meat-free diet, but I want to make sure that I still keep my protein intake up by supplementing with whey protein (up to about 80% of my total protein). Are there any health concerns here? [more inside]
