Thanks to Sandy, it'll be a couple of months before I have access to a gym. If I describe my usual barbell routine below the fold, can anyone recommend bodyweight exercises that target approximately the same muscles without any equipment?

Sometimes, right before I start to sweat, I experience a temporary but intense itching sensation, to the point where I'd describe it more as a painful pricking feeling. Does anyone else have or know of this problem? Copious but not excessive information after the jump.

I'd like to train for a front lever, but I'm too weak to get my hips up even in tuck (back rounded, knees to chin), even if I try to jump into it. What other exercises can I do to develop a tuck front lever? (I do have access to a weight room, and I'm working on straps rather than rings, if that makes any difference.)

Please recommend some good exercises for my arms and my grip, mainly so I can cook better with a wok. Here's
the main motion. I can do it with a little 10in wok, but I'm just too weak to get that explosive little flick at the end with my new 16in wok, even if I use both hands. It'd also be nice if I could hold it slightly above the burner for 5-10 minutes at a time and swirl it rapidly to stir the food. (In terms of necessary torque, we're talking about maybe 3lbs of pot and definitely no more than 3lbs of food, on a 14in stick.)

StretchingFilter: what am I doing wrong? I don't feel any "pull" from these stretches, or they happen in the wrong places or feel like real pain.
