Replacing the Microsoft Office "Ribbon" With a Menu

Microsoft Office 2007 filter: Can you recommend a program/plugin (or the like) which will replace the "ribbon" interface with a traditional menu interface? Free is ideal, but for-pay is okay, too. Running Windows XP. Thanks.

Using Excel Formulas to Rank Ordered Lists

Excel question: I have a list of values, sorted from lowest to highest. I want to rank them. But I have a specific issue with regard to ties, and I'd like to be able to craft an Excel formula which will deal with this automatically, if possible. Full explanation below the fold. [more inside]
