Best SIM card for EU roaming data?

I will be traveling for 10 days in Germany (2 days), Denmark (2 days), and Sweden (6 days) at the end of this month. Voice and texting is relatively unimportant, but I do need data for maps, keeping in touch with my traveling companions, etc. What's the best way to do this, given that I'm in Greece at the moment and need the SIM card by Friday? Headline: EU bans phthalates. OK, what else?

Where can I find a central hub of all the products and chemicals banned or being phased out by the European Union? Which particular countries are ahead of the EU? (e.g., banning even more instead of waiting for EU consensus, all in the interest of public health or due to inconclusive info about these kinds of products) Please provide links to detailed lists for those.

Belated dual citizenship?

My girlfriend was born in England to two USA citizens. She is now 31, a run-of-the-mill USA citizen and USA resident. Can she get dual citizenship in the EU via the UK, or is it far too late? What is the big picture? What is the first step?

I'm guessing the answer isn't "practice".

Help me understand what seems like a contradiction: News stories I read seem to depict there being quite a lot of immigration into EU countries, and attendant unrest over cultural factors. But while a lot of people I know say they would love to move to Europe, the few who've actually done research into it seem to indicate that it's nearly impossible to get in unless you're wealthy or in a select few professions. How do middle and lower class people actually immigrate to Europe? [more inside]

What's going on with Greece capping the amount of cash one can spend?

From a Reuters newsreport about Greece's government response plan to their economic meltdown: "From 1. Jan. 2011, every transaction above 1,500 euros between natural persons and businesses, or between businesses, will not be considered legal if it is done in cash. Transactions will have to be done through debit or credit cards" Are they doing this for any other reason than making it easier to collect a sales tax? How can they enforce it? What will happen if someone pays for an item with over 1500 euros in cash, will someone repossess it? Have other countries done something like this?

Homework Help

[HomeworkFilter, I guess...] Ok... I have a problem. Quite a big problem, in fact.

I was just told by my university that the exam format for a course I'm taking, "Political image management" (don't look at me - it's a compulsory course, if I had a choice I wouldn't be taking it), has changed. Now, rather than taking an exam based on the material we studied, we have to write an essay.
This essay will be worth 80% of the final grade, and the actual exam, worth the other 20%, will be based on the essay itself. The essay subject is: "An examination of the impact of the proposal European Constitution on the political image management of Europe". And I have a week to do it. And I cannot afford to fail this exam.

The problem is that I don't know anything about the subject of the essay. I can't reach the professor to ask for explanations or help, and everybody else who's taking the course is as clueless as I am.

I'm not asking you to write the essay for me - just, can you help me find some material I can look at to get an idea of the subject? My tiny, tiny local library has nothing of worth, Google didn't help much at all... if you could find some online material for me I'd very much appreciate it.

Help?
