I'm receiving a sizable inheritance in the form of stock from a deceased relative. However, there's fairly good evidence that the person who's managed the relative's affairs all these years (due to this relative being incapable of managing their own affairs) has intentionally sold a vast majority of that stock because they didn't want to draw down their own inheritance. If I contest this, though, there's a clause in the will that cuts my inheritance to $1. Do I take the stock that's offered me, or should I risk it on recovering the rest? [more inside]

I want as many links as can be given for real estate websites. Actually its a little more specific than that. I dont know much about real estate, and its something I would like to know much more about. I dont want any websites that are real estate directories, only websites that have articles about real estate. preferably beginner articles, but thats not necessary. I would also appreciate similar links to articles about other types of investment. Also, any good real estate forums would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm looking for information about home prices that have recently sold. Specifically, I'd like to find some sort of database that can make it easy for me to get comparables for any given property. Even more ideally, if it could compare a resource of available properties, and flag when their comparable value is under the market, that would be fantastic. Any thoughts on this, or how I could put this together?
