I'm trying to send a .PDF file to multiple recipients. The file is 12,275k, but I'm getting a delivery failure saying the file size is too big. I'm using gmail and I know that the file size is not too big. What gives? How do I send it? [more inside]

Email sending problem, using GoDaddy, Verizon DSL and a wireless setup. Two laptops, both have Thunderbird email settings set up exactly the same. I can receive just fine, but when I send I get this error: "553 Dynamic pool 71.124.245.174, http://unblock.secureserver.net/?ip71.124.245.*". GoDaddy's support page tells me to go to the URL listed, which leads me to this odd little unidentified page where I can request to have the IP unblocked. [more inside]

When I try to log into hotmail, I get this error: "The operation timed out when attempting to contact..." This has been going on for a week. Yet my husband can get into his hotmail account just fine. I've tried logging in using Firefox and IE, but I get the error in both browsers. I've tried on my desktop and my laptop. Neither works. My husband can get into his hotmail using any browser and any PC. What gives? Does hotmail have a vendetta against me?
