Using free tools such as Inkscape, is there a way to turn my SVG into an EPS that a screenprinter can use to make jerseys?

Looking for graphic designers who are Disneyphiles or folks who are close acquaintances with said fine folks. Skilled googlers might also apply. I'm trying to find vector/EPS versions of the original Epcot Future World attractions, i.e.,
these.

Is there a (free/cheap) way to turn pdf vector drawings into a dwg/dxf/eps without the errors Illustrator always seems to produce? Or some other way of getting a pdf vector drawing into VectorWorks?

Is there an easy way to manage extensive amounts of .eps & .ai files (Adobe Illustrator) into a .pdf catalog format? I often buy vector pack cds that come with vast amounts of eps/ai files but there is almost always a single .pdf file that has a catalog of all the files in one for easy browsing. Is there a tool that does this automatically?

Simplifying eps vector drawings. I'm looking for a way to eliminate overlapping paths in complex line drawings. Almost all of the lines are made up of multiple independent, straight paths sitting precisely on top of each other. To shrink the file size and make editing easier I'd like to get rid of this redundancy. Is converting to raster then back to vector the best solution?

What is the best file format to output an outlined logo from Illustrator v.10. for use in a Word (2002) document that will ultimately be converted to PDF? When I save the logo as an .EPS (as suggested in a previous post) I get a jagged pixilated image in Word. When I export as a TIF I get that inefficient, non-vector, slightly bitmappy look even when done at 300dpi. I am using Windows 2000 and yes, Word must enter the equation.
