My '08 F-150 likely needs a different engine. I do not want an engine out of a wreck or from the junk yard or one rebuilt by a local shop. I am looking for a remanufactured engine. Does anyone have any experience with or insight into the quality difference between a
Jasper Remanufactured engine versus a
Ford Factory remanufactured engine?

How do I search and get results from foreign websites? Even when I search for French material using Google.fr, I still get results mostly from American sites. How do I get mostly French sites? Let's say I wanted to find out what movies are playing at an art house theater in Paris, how would I get access to results from France or say Spain. Thanks!

I'm starting to think I'd like to learn a trade, but I don't know which. I have no experience and have been a graphics guy (half corporate, half freelance) since graduating college with a BA in psychology (I'm 37 now). I really like the idea of making something, of being able to fix things, of having a skill that is useful in its own right, and of not sitting in front of a computer all day. I'm willing to go to school and/or apprentice, but I'd like to have the possibility of making decent money (>$60k) after doing it for a 2-3 years.

Calling SEO/Google Experts: I have a bloglike site for a new company (on Wordpress) and I am trying to make it SEO friendly. Hypothetically, lets assume that the site is about flying lizards and I have named it 'liz.ly'. Every day, new and well written content is added to this site so hopefully in the next few months it will start showing up at a respectable rank on google. BUT:

I've noticed that most newish London busses don't sound like a normal diesel engine: they sound more like some kind of turbine. What engines do they use and why?

Yet another children's book ID request: I had a children's book with intricate black-blue-and-white-only diagrams illustrating internal combustion engines. It was unusually scientifically detailed for its intended age range (I was about 5 when we owned it, but my very fuzzy memory suggests the description of the engine cycle would not have been out of place in freshman physics). It may, additionally, have been about trains. More details are inside.

Mefi-ites, please give me some general tips on how to identify a movie I once saw in passing, and now desperately can't identify. IMDB, Wikipedia, Koreanfilm, all provide too many results. Are there sites with dynamic search options could help those of us afflicted with this problem to narrow the list to, say, something like "south korean sci-fi in the last 5-8 years with futuristic robots, a scientists' dead son who is revived, and featuring beautiful blue-screen effects" (or something like that)?

Anyone know anything about small gasoline engines? We've got snow coming, and I pulled out my snowblower last night to see if it would start. It would not. It cranks (electric starter) but does not even cough. It's one of those ones that takes a gas/oil mixture. I filled it up a couple of weeks ago (it already had a quarter-tank or so left over from last year.) This snowblower is about 3 years old and I am not proud to say I have not lifted a finger to maintain it, including emptying the tank in the offseason. Last time I used it was last winter. I'm reasonably handy with the tools, so any at-home suggested fixes would be VERY welcome, and if fact may very well save my back over the next 48 hours!
