Custom view for flagged emails in Entourage? I could set up folders, as this article suggests. But I'd like a one-click solution. Is there a one-click method of setting a message's priority to "high"? Then I could make a custom view for high-priority messages. [more inside]

My co-worker (at my instruction) created a rule in Entourage to move a particular piece of email to the deleted folder.
Now all of his mail is going directly to the delete folder, but the rule is not the "rules" list.
Any ideas how to stop it? [more inside]

How do I recover my Entourage Calendar? -- While importing my Entourage calendar into iCal, my MacBook Pro froze up, and I had to Force Quit both programs. When I restarted Entourage, my entire calendar (appointments, dates, events) was completely blank. Any geniuses out there who can help me recover it?

I'd like to graph a large database of email (tracking the amount of email received per day from a variety of addresses over several years), ideally in MS Excel. The data is currently in Entourage 2004 for the Mac. Thoughts?

Is there a way in Mac OS X to use iCal with an exchange server? Entourage for the Mac isn't all that wonderful compared to the built in Mail app and I like the ability to use the ldap server to look up names without an extra step. The only thing the Mail app is missing is integration with the calendaring events like Entourage has. Any help?

mac/entourage prob: there's an email address that I cannot send to. Whenever I try and send something to it I get a msg: "Relay Access Denied". I have no probs with any other addresses. The address is for a discussion list and is css-d@xxxx.xxx-xxxxxx.org (of course just replacing the letters with ex's as it's probably poor to post the address here). Any ideas why it won't let me send? (It's not bouncing back, it won't leave my outbox). I receive emails from this address no prob.
