1) Client insists on using Yahoo Store because they're comfortable with it and have a decent relationship with Yahoo. 2) Client's current Yahoo Store design firm is lethargic about any changes, even when they're responsible for breaking them in the first place. 3) Does the hive mind have any recommendations for a new design firm that can implement some (modest, mostly back-end for metatagging and on-page content updates) changes quickly?

I'm looking for a small, arts/music oriented web design firm to design a webpage for a retail shop with web sales (preference for firms located in NYC). Any recommendations? I don't need/want any crazy flash animations, just simple, classy, musical, yet somewhat hip, if that makes any sense. Just for reference, I very much enjoy the look and feel of the Enja Records website.

How do people make websites do this fancy trick? The site sells something downloadable. You pay, then you get an automated email containing a link to download the same item or items you bought.
