Legal hypothesis (from a recent episode of Flashpoint): What are you responsible for in the eyes of the court (US) if you commit a crime (let's say robbery) under duress (threat of death)? Does that change if you commit murder? Does that change if its not you being threatened, but your kidnapped daughter? [more inside]
