Car accident, his fault, going through insurance, no idea.

I just got into a low-speed car accident in a parking lot. The kid who hit me jumped out and said "sorry, sorry, totally my fault, I wasn't paying attention." I got all his insurance info and his driver's license. Now what? [more inside]
