Up the ladder, down the ladder, up the ladder...

Does anyone make a pocket sized or keychain sized continuity tester? I'm often up on a ladder holding what looks like a perfectly good lamp or fuse in my hand and it would be nice to just pull a simple circuit tester off my belt or keychain instead of running to the next room to get it. The usual suspects, thinkgeek et all, have proved less than useful. Any thoughts or suggestions?

A series of series and serialized sub-serials. Seriously, basically help me make some mini-series - there will be spoilers.

*Spoiler Alert*Never Read This Thread (but none within the question itself): I am hoping to create a set of custom original miniature series "arcs", highlighting various things; characters/topics/ story-arcs/plot-arcs... any sort of "shortening of a longer series" that you love, or like or know. I want to make a DIY wine rack

I want to make a DIY wine rack, preferably holding at least 10 bottles. I invite you to tell me your best DIY wine rack ideas, bonus points if you've actually built it. Stuck indoors, how can I get a spray paint finish on glass object without dying form fumes?

I need to paint a bunch of glass candle holders, but don't want brush strokes and can only do this in my 1 bdrm apartment. I tried building a spray paint booth, but the fumes were intense and I still managed to get spray paint everywhere.
