Can't Disqus on a Kindle Fire?

Is it possible to comment using Disqus on a Kindle Fire? The keyboard screen doesn't activate when I tap the comment box. Amazon forums mention the problem, but no solution.

Manually installing Disqus on Tumblr

I am having trouble manually installing Disqus on my Tumblr. The theme is Lines. When I follow the suggestions on Disqus' site, it causes the "# comments" part to all show up on the most recent post, rather than one link next to each post. So right now there are three "0 comments" links next to my most recent post. I'm not very familiar with HTML, and each place I've tried to put the code hasn't fixed the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Show ALL THE THINGS

I have a Tumblr blog. I have a Disqus account. The two are working together perfectly. Except one thing: the main tumblr blog page just shows the number of comments; to actually SEE the comments, you have to click-through on the "comments" link. I'd like to show all comments on the main Tumblr page of my blog. Can this be done? [more inside]

What was the first website to hide troll's activity to everyone but the troll himself?

In this article, Clive Thompson says Disqus invented "selective invisibility" -- the moderation technique of hiding the activity of troublemakers and trolls from everyone but the troll themselves. I know this can't be true, mostly because I implemented it on Upcoming.org back in 2003. But I remember the idea floating around long before that, and some old online communities definitely implemented it, but I can't remember which ones. Any old-schoolers remember? [more inside]

Experiences with Disqus or IntenseDebate on Wordpress?

I'm interested in using one of these social commenting systems on my blog, but I'm unsure about their integration into wordpress, and the general future of either. Disqus is on Tumblr, but Automattic acquired IntenseDebate. Do you use either (either as a blogger or commenter)? What are your thoughts? [more inside]
