How do I output three different images on three different projectors simultaneously using as few computers as possible?

I'm looking for a way to output three different images on three different projectors simultaneously using as few computers connected to them as possible. Here's the background: my boyfriend's father runs a community theatre and has asked him to figure out how to set up a system for projecting images for an upcoming play. The theater is a thrust so there would be a projector for the left, center, and right sections. There is a small booth behind the left section that houses the light and sound boards.<br>
<br>
For whatever reason, his father would like to be able to project different media on each of the projectors, but would like to do it without having three different computers up in the small booth. As far as we can see, there isn't a way to set up a PowerPoint or a Keynote presentation for multiple displays. My boyfriend has an idea where the three projectors span one desktop and the "slides" are just really big (long) images that span the three displays. I'm not sure if it will work, however, as I can't imagine a presentation program spanning three displays.<br>
<br>
For what its worth the theatre has a few PCs available to them, but my boyfriend would be willing to give up his iMac for the show if there is a solution for the Mac. If there is equipment that is required to make this happen, I'm fairly certain it can be purchased. <br>
<br>
Oh, and having the setup be easy to control is also a concern as I cannot guarantee the technical aptitude of the operator for the duration of the show.

Help with Display Panel

I have a panel display system where the bottom edge of one of panels curls away such that the magnetic strip won't hold it against the frame. Does anyone know how to make the material smooth out so the panel will affix to the frame again? I picked the system up at a thrift store for 30.00. Of the four panels, the other three firmly attach with their magnetic strips to the frame. Only the bottom edge of one panel won't.

I want to design museum exhibits. What is the recommended course of action to make this into a career? What schools offer such a program? Are there many jobs available in this field? Anyone have any experience with this? I know that this is my calling, please help me get started.

Help me Calibrate my 3D card and Monitor!

Is there a program/website I can use to calibrate the color settings on my monitor through my 3D Card's settings? I have a Radeon X850 attached to a big fat 19 inch CRT. The problem is, The CRT colors are usually quite dark and I can't really find the right balance of colors through trial and error. Does anyone know of any type of online reference that I can use to adjust the colors/brightness so that they match what they should be?

OS X, dual monitors: Game in fullscreen, secondary display untouched?

Is there any way, on an Intel iMac with two displays, to make apps like World of Warcraft or Unreal Tournament leave the secondary display alone? I like to take the occasional game break during the day, but I also like to keep one eye on IM during those sessions. With both the games mentioned, unless I run them in windowed mode, the secondary display, where I keep iChat and my inbox showing, goes blank. Is there any way to change this? Both have a windowed mode, but that causes some oddness with the mouse and it seems to hurt their performance a little.

Can you get display to a data projector or external monitor without the external monitor plug?

The external monitor plug on my laptpop (Toshiba Staellite 1700, XP, about 2 years old) has stopped working. Are there work-arounds to get display to a data projector/external monitor? (more displayed inside). This is my main computer that follows me to the office, back home, to the field, and, most relevantly into the classroom 6-9 hours a week where it is meant to display externally! I have taken it to two repair shops, one a Toshiba dealership place, and both said it is not a software problem, it is some sort of hardware problem, and that their only suggestion is to replace the motherboard ($700 Canadian). Obviously that is not an attractive option. Is it worth getting someone to open it wide up and try to solder any loose connections, etc.? Can the TV-out plug be hacked or co-opted for data display? Any other ideas? (BTW, this laptop has been a real lemon: battery died after about 50 cycles despite by-the-book-care, the hard drive died after 15 months, now this. Memo to self: ALWAYS get the three year warrantee; NEVER buy another Toshiba).

Where are my video goggles?

What's the deal nowadays with HMDs (head mounted displays)? <a href="http://www.reviewfinder.com/reviews/glasstron/index.asp">Sony Glasstron</a> seems to be the leader, last I saw, but I don't know if they're even actually in production anymore (they're still plenty available online, though). The Glasstron lacks any kind of API for 3D, which wouldn't be a bad idea considering it does have separate screens for each eye. <a href="http://www.i-glassesstore.com/">I-glasses</a> seem also to be popular, but from the models I've seen they seem rather large and outdated (and embarrassingly marketed). Has there been no progress in this category? It seems like an obvious market, and I'm thinking of getting one.
