What to eat?

I'm eating a certain number of calories per day and using My Fitness Pal to track my food. If, for example, I have most of my day's menu planned but have a certain number of calories, fat grams, protein grams, and carb grams I need to eat to meet my daily targets, is there a website that will tell me which foods fit those criteria? Like a calorie database in reverse, I guess. Does that exist?

What exactly is the Transformation Super Challenge? Chris Krueger has some interesting YouTube videos that claim to have a diet/exercise program that can work for anyone. However, the only way to find out about the program is to shell out $55 via his web site. In searching for any reviews of the program, I noticed that every link seems to go to a web page that he runs/owns. I can't find one single review that is not sponsored by Chris Krueger. Has anyone used this program, or can at least give a thumbnail sketch as to what it entails?

Should I moderate my sweet tooth?

About 1/ week, I have a major sugar binge. It's always candy and never cake or other sweets. I usually end up eating more than a couple servings of candy in these binges. Now, I am a healthy weight, and my diet in every other way is balanced and healthy for the most part. I am wondering how bad of a health impact these sugar binges can have? Women's health says this will get me a beach body

Dear metafilter: I'd like to get your opinion about this eating plan. I'm a 5'6 36 year old woman and I need to lose 20lbs to have a normal BMI. I've been strength training 4 times a week for eight weeks. I've been trying to eat only whole foods and lots of vegetables since the beginning of the year but I've not lost any weight mostly because I will eat big fatty meals at a restaurant after being good all week. I also haven't been counting calories and even though i've been eating whole foods my snacks of hummus and cheese and crackers have probably had too many calories. The only exception to the whole foods has been chocolate from the office candy jar and diet soda, which I really need to quit. [more inside]
