As a kid I was given a copy of the School Days Record Book illustrated by Helen Cann, a type of journal where you can record memories of your schooling years from pre-school to end of high school. This version's out of print/only available used; I'm looking for recommendations for a similar school-oriented journal that's more current. (Bonus points if compatible with the UK education system)
My daughter would like a diary or journal like Anne Frank had. It is red plaid, with a lock and she would preferably like the pages lined. [more inside]

What is this faintly-remembered book, if not "Diary of a Spaceperson"? It was a book of illustrations of a future tourist trip of the great sights of the (fanciful future) solar system. Like "Diary", it was similar to the Terran Trade Authority books. More clues inside... [more inside]
I'm looking for the name a book or published journal that was titled something along the lines of Diary of a Failure/ an Insignificant Man etc., written by a guy who had wanted to lead an extraordinary life but found out he was terminally ill (his doctor and wife were already aware of this) and had only a few months to live, thus putting to waste all his plans and ambitions. Anyone heard of it? I think it was published in the late 19th or early 20th century.
