Rotary Dial Awesome-o Mobile Phone GO!

I have found someone who can build me a mobile phone out of a rotary dial telephone. But Sparkfun doesn't really have a one-stop shopping list. Help me decipher exactly what parts from this article i will need and also please recommend a good antenna I can use that will give me the best reception but also be cell-phone-tiny. I will post a link to pics of the product being assembled step by step in projects when I am done, maybe video if I can find someone. This is really a personal dream project.

Free (or Very Cheap) US Nationwide Dialup?

I'll be travelling in the US (mostly California) in January, and looking for free (ideally) or very cheap (no contract) nationwide dialup service. I've downloaded Juno (http://www.juno.com) to try it out - though reading the reviews, it doesn't sound promising. Wondering if anyone have any experience with Juno and/or if there are other suggestions out there.

Twirl me around.

Design filter. Help me layout a circular dial. Both InDesign and Illustrator are making this very tricky. Is there a plugin or other program that can help? HELP! I want to layout a circular dial with 100 pie-shaped sections. Each section will hold a small amount of type (3-4 words). I've tried InDesign and Illustrator, but lining up 100 small text boxes around a central axis ain't easy. Is there a plugin or other program that can help? Any ideas will be appreciated. Oh, and this is for print.

!!Bonus points!! go to anyone who can tell me how to make my imac monitor spin around so I don't kill my neck working on this project.

THANKS!

Why have some (but not all) of my Bluetooth speed dials stopped working?

Why have some (but not all) of my Bluetooth speed dials stopped working?
I’ve been happily using the excellent LG HBM-700 Style-I Bluetooth headset with my HTC X7500 Athena/Advantage for some time now, as the HTC is a wonderful PDA but a bit unwieldy to use as a phone . However since upgrading the HTC to their official new WM6 ROM, I’ve not been able to use the Bluetooth headset keypad to dial out using Speed Dial except (and this is the weird thing) for Speed Dial #1, which by default goes to my voicemail.

Does anyone have *any* idea why just the one speed dial would work and none of the others since I upgraded?

Is there some code, in the manner of *69, that returns the number I am dialing from? It doesn't have to be a star code, whatever works. How do telco people do this?

Incoming Telephone Notification

When using a Dial Up Internet Service, naturally, I am tying up my telephone. I am seeking a software package (preferably a freeware download) that will notify me of any incoming telephone calls while I am online. I can remember watching a TV ad for such a program, but have not been able to locate this program/service.

PS> My Dial Up serivce is no more than a back up for my regular high speed internet. However, as long as I am subscribing to this dial up service, I might as well also use it during the day as a news service, ect.
