Dearest Hivemind, I am looking to hire a freelance software developer to create some sort of workflow management tool for a small arts business. Apart from web designers/developers, I have never done this kind of thing before and am wondering if anyone could possibly have a look at my list of demands, and point me in the right direction to find my dream developer? I'm using Macs btw. [more inside]

Is there a QuickLook plugin (for Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard" if you didn't follow) to browse sqlite databases? If not, wouldn't that be awesome for Rails and iPhone development!

IE5 Mac bug (I think): A site I am working on looks fine on all platforms except IE 5.2 Mac. Basically, it adds space around [p] elements and inside [td] elements which shouldn't be there, and misinterprets selectors in baffling ways.
Is there a well known way to fix this kind of behavior other than saying 'to hell with it'?
