Pizza place messed up our order. I had to refuse it. Delivery dude finally agreed to take it back to the store. Assuming our actual order shows up, do we give him a bigger tip for taking care of the situation or a lesser tip because he was jerkish?

I have a close work associate who is in the hospital and we, as a team, would like to buy some good, healthy food for him and his family (people are sending them lots of takeout now). Since he is in the ICU, it will probably be for his wife and two boys until he gets out of the hospital.
I have two questions:
1) Any recommendations on the best pre-prepared meal delivery or (
affordable) home chef in the San Jose, CA area? Kid-friendly a big plus.
2) More importantly, how can I easily collect money from people across the country? Mailing cash and taking credit cards directly won't work. Is there a "Paypal pool" or something?

Need suggestions for a romantic gift idea that can be ordered online and delivered in the East Bay (SF) area, this afternoon. Caveat: there needs to be little trace left of it by 6 pm, so flowers are out. I know it's the last minute but the situation only recently emerged.

I have a television shipping from Amazon, by way of a company called Eagle USA. This is apparently a delivery service where they'll bring the television up to my apartment, plug it in, make sure it works, etc. I'm wondering is if a tip is customary for this type of service, and if so, how much (total/per person)? It's a 42" TV that weighs about 80 lbs, and I live on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building. Thanks!
