How do I see subfolders in an inbox I have delegate access to in Outlook?

My nice boss has tried to make everyone's life easier by putting work she wants us to do in subfolders with our names on them, in her inbox. We all have delegate read access to her inbox but can't see the subfolders when we go to it. What permissions does she need to set us (or what else does she have to do) in order for us to see the subfolders?

Didn't Clinton and Obama tie in New Hampshire?

If the point of a Presidential Primary is to determine how many delegates will vote for a given person in the next phase of picking a nominee, and both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama got 9 pledged delegates in New Hampshire, didn't they tie? I'm not necessarily for Clinton or Obama, and I don't want to talk about the merits of any candidate. I'm just curious about the mechanics of this one thing, and why, even though they both got 9 delegates, Hillary Clinton is the winner of New Hampshire.

lend a hand...for money?

Is there a no-hassle way to hire someone over the internet for a one-time office type research task? I have a mindless but time-consuming light research/compilaiton task that needs to be done to deadline. All it involves is searching the internet and putting things into an excel document. I'm wondering if a site or service exists where I can effectively delegate this project by hiring someone else to do it, one-time only. Is there a trustworthy service on the internet anywhere for this type of thing?
