We have a 4+ month old, and I recently remembered that the Ringling Bros. will give you a free ticket voucher for your up-to-1 year old child. Aside from retailers flooding your mailbox/inbox with baby goods samples/coupons, what other neat deals are there like this that are a bit "out of the box"?

My wife and I will be moving across an ocean(the atlantic - from Birmingham, UK to Chicago) in a couple of months and in the process I will be abandoning 87.6% of my stuff (everything but sentimental knick-knacks, some clothing and laptops). I'd like advice on rebuilding my stuff collection - furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils and all the other stuff you need to make an apartment livable. What would you do if you could do it all over again?

The recent AskMeFi
question asked "Which albums on Google Music's sale are cheaper if you buy them by the song?". This is the opposite of that. Which albums on Google Music are a steal 'cause the album at $4.99 (or a multiplier) are awesome deals that are worth adding to your collection because you get a very good $/song price? For example, The Police's
Message In The Box gives you 78 songs for $20, or $.26/song.

How can I get the best deal on a car? Based on my
previous question, I haven't decided if I am going to buy or lease. For either path, what techniques and tactics should I employ to get the best deal. Where can I find reliable information on prices? Do I play dealers off of one another? This question is not about buying vs. leasing. Let's just assume I am going to buy one car and lease another. How do I get the best deal on both?

What is the best deal I can get on a New Yorker subscription.
Last time I renewed my subscription I used the lowest price I found on the internet/mailings and said that I wanted that price and the umbrella. I know they have had $26 deals out there? Anyone got any good offers lately? I saw Amazon is selling subscriptions for a year for $40, on the New Yorker website you can also get a calendar with that. Anything better?

I'm trying to keep track of cheap tickets for a dream international flight in end July 2011. However, almost all the sites I looked at say I'm searching way too early and have no information for me. When is the best time to look, and are there any websites that will email me with details once a good price or deal shows up? (I vaguely remember hearing of such a thing but can't remember the URL)

I'm a big fan of the Ericsson interface, though my current phone (
T637) is on its last legs. Sony has come out with a ton of great phones recently, all vast improvements on what I have, and almost none of which I afford. A few years ago, major wireless carriers could be counted on to heavily discount the newest latest freshest phones, especially Ericssons, and now only ONE carrier (Cingular) sells ANY of them, and they only have the two bottom-of-the-line models. Anyone have any advice or inside information before I bite the bullet and get the cheapo model?

Over the next few months, I need to buy a
lot of new clothes to bulk up my professional (woman's) wardrobe. I want everything I buy to fit well. Slacks, skirts, blazers need to be lined. I will not buy anything without trying it on first, so web and catalog shopping is out. I don't have the budget to buy this all at full price. What kinds of strategies can I employ to get the best deals possible? Are there specific stores I should be shopping in? Are there sales I should watch for? Are there specific dates, weekends or times of year when I can get the best deals? How can I find out about and obtain about great coupons and upcoming sales?

What are the best sites on the Internet that guide you to finding the best prices on a wide range of consumer items? I want to do comparison shopping, by locating the biggest selection from reputable stores (sites), compare product features, prices, possibly read reviews, but that's not a must, to get the best deals, period. In the past, I’ve used: BizRate, PriceGrabber, Shopping.com, and Froogle (Google). I know there must be more, or better sites out there, so what are they and let me know your experiences – pro & con.
