I have a batch of mixed-format data including long-form text fields, hyperlinks, number and plain text in an Excel doc. I have assembled a Word catalog merge file intended to allow me to proof the data manually. There are 42 records.
On merge, the output document results in what appears to be the correct number of pages and records. However, records 28-42 do not appear to place any data in the destination document.

The original promise of the data plans for an iPad was that they were not a long term contract, but rather something you could use for a month or two, disable / cancel for a few months and then activate again as you needed it. You also would not have overage charges as running into the limit would just disable your account until you upped the plan. Is that still the case?

My ideal situation would be basically an iPod Touch with unlimited 4G connectivity for $50-60/month. I'd love to figure out a way to still have all of the features I love with my iPhone, while simultaneously ditching the cost of making calls. Seriously. I have so many anytime minutes banked it's nuts. I'm grandfathered on unlimited data with AT&T (which means nothing really), except that I have a AT&T iPhone 4S to use once my contract is up next year. (Thought it might be pertinent for scenarios.) Not interested in carrying around a second device (e.g. mobile wifi). Thoughts?

Are there any kind of notes taken during a medical procedure, or is it all after-action report-type stuff? If I wanted to know just how much of each drug I was given during anesthesia (for instance) for a procedure months or years ago, would it be somewhere in my record that I could request?

Is there an off-the-shelf MSExcel function or 2.0 tool that will allow me to "return" a US City/State based on 5-digit US postal codes. I have 160 postal code queries to perform. The postal code data is in MSExcel. Something like
this. I do not have MSAccess and I am a Mac user.

I'm looking for data to use in a statistics class. The data set needs to have less than 25 variables and at least 200 individual records. Any fun/unique/silly ideas? I need to right a paper analyzing this data -I'd like it to be interesting. I need access to raw data - it is okay if it has already been analyzed but I need to show that I can analyze it.
