I'm a nerdy white boy from the Northeast. I dance like a nerdy white boy from the Northeast. I want to dance like.. well.. I just don't want to embarrass my wife when we're at weddings/parties/clubs. Are there any classes I can take analogous to "conversational" language courses? I really don't want to learn swing or ballroom dancing or anything in particular. (A class somewhere near Boston would be ideal.)

Please name the artist who made this mystery electronica/dance song. I pulled it off of ageispolis's fantastic MeFiSwap mix, but sadly, he only knows the name: "The Hand". I don't know if it's the mystery of it, but it's my favorite track among a lot of great tracks. And I want to hear more, but Googling is is essentially impossible since there are no lyrics. According to his liner notes, he ripped it from a friend's vinyl. (Link to downsampled MP3 inside.) [more inside]
