I just had my very first belly dance class and discovered I'm a bit clueless when it comes to what the instructor is actually doing with her feet and her hands. And her chest. Pretty much everything she's doing mystifies me a bit, actually. Any recommendations for a very good, very basic Belly Dance dvd that I can practice with, or other resources that might help me get the moves down?

I know deep down inside everyone has this dream, but only recently have I myself been seized with the need to DANCE LIKE JAMES BROWN. I seriously would like to attempt his moves: can anyone suggest good DVDs of his live performances for me to use for practice? The actual quality of his vocals & the music doesn't matter as much as his dancing, and anyway, even on his worst days he's a better dancer than us all. Links to good images of a sweaty dancin' James are welcome too...

Is there a way to horizontally flip the contents of a window in Windows XP (or, specifically, in PowerDVD or a program that plays DVDs) to create a mirror image of that entire window's contents? Any type of solution would be welcome, except for facing the monitor towards an actual mirror. I'm playing an instructional dance DVD, and I need to watch the mirror image.
