Help me find songs with similar approach re: dealing with daily life

Hi all, would greatly appreciate if you would help me find songs that deal with the subject of dealing with the daily grind of life. Definitely in the 'quietly motivational' aisle, but not necessarily motivational at all. Similar tracks include 'Get Down Saturday Night' by Oliver Cheatham, 'Breezem Out' by Lil Ugly Mane and 'Money Won't Pay' by Bo en. Links to those tracks inside. [more inside]

Do I need a bookkeeper, an accountant or someone else???

I have come to the conclusion that I am bad with money, and I need help. The question is, who can provide me with the help I need. I've researched various professions online and have a hard time telling who would best suit my needs: a bookkeeper, an accountant, a financial counselor, a daily money manager, someone else entirely?? More than one of these?? [more inside]

Single Page Daily News Brief - name that site

I have a specific site in mind, and I can't find it for the life of me. It's a consciously minimalist design, about 5 stories per day, summarized. The stories are all in a single column, on a single page, black text on a white background. Clean as clean can be. [more inside]

What would you/do you track in a daily record?

Jumping on the Self-Tracking/Quantified Self bandwagon and looking for suggestions for variables apart from the usual kind (diet, exercise, sleep, time spent online etc.) to track on a daily basis. If you do this, could you share the parameters you like to monitor and record? (Or better yet, share a template for your spreadsheet?!) All suggestions, no matter however subjective, quirky or esoteric are welcome. I will be using the spreadsheet tool in Google Docs. Thanks!

Looking for 365/daily/every day blogs

I admire the discipline of people who do an every-day project, like Noah Kalina and friends taking pictures of themselves. Jason Santamaria has a daily photo section on his site. Dean Allen posts daily pictures of his cool dog. Stormtroopers 365 was all the way fun. Cory Walker used to post a new drawing every day on his blog. What other similar blogs/projects do you know? What days and times are good / bad for you?

I run a bi weekly group for job hunters and career changers. I will likely be doing the first Thursday of the month at 7pm for the in person meetings then I'll be doing Skypecast meetings as well in between. I want a regular schedule but I want to get a guage on a lot of people's daily grind. I have asked my group but many are bad when it comes to my polls. Do you have kids? when are you done with their nightly routine? When do you eat dinner? Whatever... I'm thinking Sunday afternoon/evening or Tuesday evening at 7 for the skypecast (can I start it later because they don't need to leave the house?). In a nutshell, what would work for you? Or not work.. Sorry if this is really mundane but it helps me a lot. I run a lot of groups.
