Los Angeles Area Cyber Cafes for WoW?

What's a good, clean, safe cybercafe/lan party place with decent computers in Los Angeles? Objective: 5 hours of World of Warcraft. A catastrophic billing error has put me without internet access at home for the next two weeks. But, I run a world of warcraft raid guild, so that's clearly not acceptable. All my neighbors are rightfully paranoid and have protected wireless networks.

What's the best way for me to get back up and raiding, given that I have to get out of the house to do so? Have raid-capable laptop with 802.11g/n, blizzard authenticator, car, and UNENDING TWITCHING FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO DO MY DAILIES FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS NOW

Is it possible that my stalker ex-girlfriend is joe-jobbing me?

I have been the victim of a joe job. This means that spammers are putting my domains into the "reply to" of their spam messages, resulting in a barrage of auto-replies to my inbox.

I am also being stalked by my ex-girlfriend. She has already vandalized my window, my car, and myspace page. She's pretty computer savvy, but I'm not aware of a method that would allow an individual (ie. not a professional spammer) to pass a domain onto a spammer. Is it possible that she is behind this?

Can I get my domain back?

Is there anything I can do to deal with a quasi-cyber-squatter? Owing to a serious miscommunication between me and my hosting provider (not sure whose fault), the domain name on my blog expired about a month and a half ago, and was sold at auction to a Search Engine Optimization outfit (it has a Pagerank 7).

I discovered this for the first time today, since they'd left everything so that it continued to behave as normal for a while. Other than asking them if they're willing to ransom the site back to me, is there anything I can do?

I think that the UDRP doesn't help very much because I never trademarked the name of the blog, but surely I'm not the first person this has happened to. Is there anything else to be done?
