Are there any tools for blocking out useless & slow "features" on facebook? I'm unsure the last time I actually appreciated any facebook popup. In particular, I've no need for facebook's toolbar because Adium and my N900 log into facebook's chat directly. Bonus if it'll work under MicroB on a Nokia N900.

What should I put in a custom browser stylesheet to override and Aquify all web form element styles (buttons, text fields, etc.) in Safari 3.0.4? I'd like to undo custom properties like colors, fonts, and borders, and make all form elements display natively, using Aqua, like Safari used to do in previous versions. I'm essentially looking for the opposite answer to
this question, using a custom userContent.css-esque stylesheet. (Thanks for your help.)

I set up a div with the overflow:hidden attribute and several anchors to jump down to different elements. In safari, this approach isn't working. It hides the overflow, allright, but I can't use my anchors to jump around. What gives? I googled around a bit and saw that float attributes might cause problems, but I'm not using any.

Safari is being a b!tch about correctly rendering basic CSS elements. Specifically, the 'background' attribute simply is not being honoured in any way, shape or form. The kicker is that according to Apple's own specs, Safari does indeed support that attribute; in addition, Googling turns up nothing--a few lists of Safari CSS oddities, but those don't seem to contain anything about the problem I'm seeing.
