Recommend a San Diego brunch/dinner cruise?

I'd like to do a brunch or dinner cruise for two in San Diego, can you recommend a company? Most important would be relaxing and at least somewhat romantic. Cost, alcohol not important. Relatively quiet, decent food, table for two, nice views more important. Loud music, fighting for a nice table/lack of reserved seating/group seating, crowded are minuses that I don't see much about on yelp reviews. Possibly I am mostly thinking of ferry crossings and none of these negatives actually apply. Suggestions for a specific company or recommended cruise? Thanks!!

What to do for 4 and a half hours in Seattle

So, my husband and I are going on a cruise that leaves this Sunday from Pier 91 in Seattle. Boarding is from 1pm - 3pm and the boarding time listed for our cabin is 2pm. Our flight gets in to Seattle at 9:30am, which gives us 4.5 hours to kill. [more inside]

How unrealistic is a tour of multiple countries in Asia in two weeks?

We're hashing out honeymoon plans. I've never been anywhere in Asia and he has been to Japan and the Philippines but hasn't really had time to fully enjoy his trips. He likes Japan and would like to see more of it. I am interested in squeezing as much of east Asia as possible into one trip, because I probably won't have the time/energy/money to plan a second trip anytime soon. Please talk me out of this if it's crazy? [more inside]

Can we have a stealth wedding at sea?

My fiancée and I want to get married at sea on a cruise. Unfortunately, we can't find a cruise line that sails from our nearby ports that offers a wedding package that works for us (all the lines we checked require that everything be done by the book on their schedule with their vows, music, food, etc.). Has anyone ever staged a "stealth wedding" at sea where you bring your own officiant, gather a small number of family and friends together at an agreed-upon time in a quiet corner of the ship, and carry out a short impromptu ceremony? Will the cruise line have a problem with this? Would there be a penalty if we were caught? More importantly, would a marriage license from our state be valid if signed at sea in international waters? If not, what if we handled the paperwork in port? It's just a germ of an idea right now and at this point we really want to know if this is all possible and legal. Any advice for us?

How do I avoid gaining weight and stay on a diet while on a cruise ship?

This year I made a resolution for healthier living and have been successful so far. Overcame a lot of bad habits compared to where I started. But I'm going on a cruise with a group of friends next month. From what I've been told it's going to be an around the clock buffet. I'm planning on using the gym but don't know how to deal with all of the food. I'm not going to be on the alcoholic drinks package and figure I can enjoy dinner that way. Breakfast and lunch are a free for all though. Any ideas for what my best options would be so I don't gain 15 by the end of the week.

What to do in Falmouth, Jamaica?

So next week, my girlfriend and I are going on a cruise for our third year anniversary booked through Royal Caribbean that leaves from Florida and stops at Labidee, Haiti; Falmouth, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico. This is my first cruise, and my girlfriend’s eighth cruise. We have already booked awesome excursions in Labadee (parasailing!), George Town (turtle farm and stingray city!), and Cozumel (snorkeling boat tour!), but we are unsure what to do in Falmouth since it’s a relatively new port. The Costa Concordia; what happens next? How will the ship be removed? Rescue efforts were suspended indefinitely on Monday after the stricken cruise liner slipped on its rocky resting place and settled farther into the water, according to the firefighters heading the operation...
