Some of my t-shirts always come out of the dryer with severe wrinkles / creases on the seams around the waist or sleeves. Shown here. What am I doing wrong? [more inside]

I suddenly developed a knot/lump and pain in the ball of my foot late last night that has persisted for 24 hours. I know it's not plantar fasciitis as I don't have stabbing pains in my heel or midfoot. [more inside]

I have an art quality photographic print with a crease through the image (*$#% USPS). Short of seeking professional help, is there any way tried and true way to get it out? I'm very wary of destroying the image, so I'm not going at it with an iron. And strategic matting won't fix the problem. Surely there's something I haven't thought of?
