Should someone ask a coworker to crack their back?

Should it generally be considered inappropriate for a coworker that's just an acquaintance to ask you to crack their back from behind? The crotch-to-ass contact made me really uncomfortable, but maybe it's just because I'm generally super uptight. I was the cracker, she the crackee, in case it matters.

I'm a health hazard to my new cubicle-mate.

I've been at my job for less than a month, and today as I was rounding a blind corner into my cubicle I collided with my co-worker who works right next to me. He slammed his shoulder into the cubicle, and even though he brushed it off as nothing, I am 99.9% sure that he will wake up with a bruise tomorrow morning. He's very friendly, but we're both so engrossed in our work that we haven't had a chance to really get to know one another. I've already apologized twice, but what can I do or say to make things less awkward?

How bad is it to have a crack addicted coworker?

I just had a long talk with my ex-boss, who's back as a consultant. She just told me that she let one of my coworkers stay with her after he got out of recovery, she was keeping it a secret (because it's weird, and because she was still his boss for half the time), she just kicked him out yesterday. I knew he was in recovery, but I didn't know the details (or which drugs). He is a long-term crack addict, went into rehab for a week, but is now back at work and back partying every night (she isn't sure if he's back on drugs, but I'd assume so). His work has been erratic for the year I've been there, and he's prone to aggressive, random, ten minute rants. He's late for everything, snappy, sleazy, and totally inappropriate in the office... Clarence Thomas good judgement filter:

Should I report my colleague's sexual harassment? I am a male faculty member at a unionized academic institution. A male colleague frequently uses sexual innuendo during department meetings. (Examples: After being assigned a task: "I like to get used" to the more offensive: "I was orgasmic!") But now he's taken to making some comments to others one-on-one. [more inside]

My husband's co-worker is emailing him sexual photos of herself

I snooped in my husband's e-mail account. I know that was wrong to do, so you don't have to point that out. What I found was a bit surprising. A co-worker of his sent him pictures of herself. All were dirty, and included "showing pink," sex with her boyfriend, and giving a bj to her boyfriend. I don't have a problem with him looking at porn; I regularly look at porn myself. But this seems odd to me since he didn't tell me or show me the pictures (for reference, some are from a few days ago, and some are from a few weeks ago). He had a different girl show dirty pictures of herself before, but he told me about that. I don't think he's cheating on me with this current girl because he is kept pretty busy, and I haven't noticed anything weird between them. So my question is: is this bad? should I "confront" him?
