	<title>Is my tzatziki mislabeled?</title>

	<description>Is my tzatziki mislabeled, or is it actually made without yogurt and primarily corn syrup? Because that would be so gross. I have this tub of tzatziki that I bought at an Indian grocery. It says &quot;Homemade Tzaziki, Greek sauce with fresh cucumber.&quot; The ingredients are then listed in this order: corn syrup, cucumber, garlic, palm oil, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice and stabilizer.&quot;&lt;br&gt;
It&apos;s white, it tastes like a slightly industrial though not especially sweet yogurt, and I&apos;m assuming they just forgot to list yogurt. Right? I mean, you can&apos;t fake yogurt with corn syrup, right?</description>

	<title>What&apos;s a reasonable amount of sugar to be consuming in a day?</title>

	<description>What&apos;s a &quot;healthy&quot; or &quot;Reasonable&quot; amount of sugar for a  healthy mid-20&apos;s male to be consuming daily? I&apos;ve recently started to think about my sugar consumption. I make it a point to avoid corn syrup and I don&apos;t drink soda or sugar-y juice very often, but I sneak sugar into my coffee and eat more than my shake of fruits (Raisins! So much sugar) and occasionally some candy-ish snacks. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
As a result, I&apos;m wondering: What&apos;s a reasonable or healthy amount of sugar for a healthy 24 year old male to be consuming? I know the stock answer is &quot;NONE&quot;, but that&apos;s not really helpful. For example, my box of raisins has thirty grams of sugar. Is that a lot? Is it a third of a reasonable intake? A tenth? Triple what I should be consuming?</description>

	<title>Whole Foods</title>

	<description>Inspired by the responses in the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.metafilter.com/mefi/32008&quot;&gt;HFCS thread&lt;/a&gt;, what are your suggestions on eating more &quot;whole&quot; foods?  (see more inside) I&apos;m already trying to buy better products from the selection at the store (ingredients-wise), but  I&apos;m still limited to easy to make/quick meals.  I don&apos;t like cooking, esp. since it&apos;s primarily cooking for one (my husband and I eat different things).  I&apos;ve occasionally tried cooking in larger quantities then freezing, but I find after a few meals I don&apos;t want to eat the same thing again for a very long time (which I guess is another issue - how best to store food).  Plus, once I&apos;m finished cleaning up I don&apos;t want to cook like that for quite a while.&lt;br&gt;

I love the idea of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.schwans.com&quot;&gt;Schwan&apos;s&lt;/a&gt; food delivery (and use it for some things), but it and others like it are often not very healthy (some things are but a lot aren&apos;t).  Anyone know of any others that are good and have better-for-you food?  What else can people like me do to eat better?</description>
