I'd like to be able to highlight several files, right click and have the option to copy the filenames to the clipboard. Before upgrading to Windows 7, I had a utility that allowed me to do this, but I don't remember the name of it.

Two hard drives. HD2 with a bunch of lossless music. HD1 with the same music plus a bunch more music that I've acquired in recent months. I want all of my collection on both drives in case one fails. Besides copying over each new file piecemeal, or deleting everything on drive 2 and just copying the entirety of drive 1, is there a more elegant way to do this?
Is there a program or method that will only copy over the files that HD2 doesn't already have?

I need to copy a bunch of photo prints (estimated at 80) to have made into duplicate prints for multiple people. (Reason: I found my birth family
, and they all want photos of me from throughout my life.) The photos are many different sizes and ratios, like 3x5, 4x6, square, 5x7, etc, and some have been cut with scissors into odd sizes/aspect ratios. [more inside]

I need to find a way to allow users to copy/paste a table that sits within a Word 'protected' form (ie users can only edit within the form fields). We had a series of templates developed by a 'professional', but they have not been able to overcome some version/OS incompatibility issues. The problem is specifically in enabling the table to be selected in the first place, as this function is lost when the protection is applied. [more inside]

I would like to keep an offsite backup of certain files (various financial docs, my iTunes library, and some photos)--say, 200 gigs total. I've considered storing them online with Crashplan, but the cost of the unlimited plan for multiple computers (mine and SO's) and the bandwidth to push that data out leave me meh. Thinking of getting another HD and keeping it at work. Can I run something by you? [more inside]

I just started using Chrome. I need to be able to copy text phrases from any random website into MS Word and have it be unformatted or better yet formatted as Times New Roman 12 pt. I'm on a mac. I've been trying to figure this out for so long that it's made me regress. Please talk to me like I'm five and help. HELP. [more inside]

I bought a Belkin Easy Transfer USB Cable for Windows 7
thinking it would act much like a direct crossover cable connection would. Instead, it only seems to let me transfer the files and folders needed to set up your old Windows profile on a new copy of Windows, rather than giving me access to all files, folders and partitions, which is what I need. Is there a hack to get this cable to do what I want it to do?

I work in a school and have made a number of resources of my own for my classes and my department. I would like to upload these to the school's website but I wanted to have them as PDF files where the content was not copyable.
I am currently running Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and Adobe Reader X. I also have the Serif X3 Applications package installed on my machine.
Is what I want achievable with the software I currently have or should I forget the idea?

I work in a medium-small office (under 20 employees) in Toronto, and it's about time we looked for a new copier machine/contract. The problem is, I have never knows a copier dealer to maintain a good relationship with a small business. I've always attributed this to the fact that being a small and basically not-for-profit business, we have no leverage (I've had the same problem in other offices in the same line of work). The service people have always, in my experience, shown up late and not fixed underlying problems. Please recommend both machines and dealers (lease and service) in Toronto that will not drag its heels for a small business! [more inside]
