I'm trying to figure out a way to convert a vector map image, in Adobe Illustrator, to a .shp shapefile usable in GIS software like ArcSoft. I know very little about ArcSoft and shapefiles. Is there a plugin? Is there some intermediary format I could export from one and import to the other? Is this simply impossible? My research thus far has been fruitless, so any help would be much appreciated.

DivX to .SWF conversion always converting without a sync.
I have a video that is an .AVI (DVcodec), I converted it to DivX via VirtualDub and later on converted it from DivX to .SWF via (Flash Video Studio 1). For some unknown reason, whenever it gets converted to .SWF, the audio/video are not in sync.

Excel problem. How do I convert the following number format.
106026 where from left - first digit is CENTURY. Next two are YEAR and last three are JULIAN DAY. So last example is CENTURY 1, YEAR 06, and 26th Julian day of the year.

I have an older travel trailer that I am turning into a guest house. The trailer runs on 110/120 volts and the main powercord has an oversized end plug with angled blades and cylindrical grounding plug. Kind of like the powerplug on an oven. How do I go about converting this to work with the existing 220/240 breaker? Is it complicated / unwise to do this myself? My electrical experience is limited to installing new light fixtures and electrical outlets.
