My wireless internet works fine. My PC, with ethernet line to same router, has no internet connectivity. What could be happening?

Is there a somewhat simple solution to this problem? We recently installed new wireless Internet at home but my laptop (older Toshiba Satellite) refuses to connect to the net. It will automatically find our network and connect to it, but doesn't go that step further to actually connect to the Internet. This only happens with the wireless at home - it works fine with other networks I've tried out. Is my computer just not recognizing the new modem?

Like many people, I've got wireless router issues (Netgear MR814v2 -- yeah, it's getting old). I'm troubleshooting them as I can and haven't found anything that should be interfering, and all my firmware is up to date. Putting that to one side, I'm pretty tired of running down and up the stairs to unplug the router and plug it back in again (six to 10 times a day). My diagnostics show I've got connectivity between the computer and the router even when I can't connect to the Internet. Is there some way to reboot the router from my computer?

I think I killed my wireless card... My macbook pro connects to wifi very sporadically. About half the time, I can be sitting three feet from the wireless router and no network will show up, but my housemates are able to detect the network rooms away. Is this fixable?

Got my Motorola Droid. Love my Droid. However, Verizon's impressive map doesn't seem to include the cell phone black hole which is my neighborhood. I was hoping to hook my Droid to our home wireless network to avoid the slow connection problem, and dutifully inputted our WEP key, but all efforts to get the Droid on home network have been a bust. I did check the Droid user forums and download a couple of apps -- still no luck. What else can I do besides return my Droid? (Which ain't gonna happen.)

My laptop wireless keeps dropping. I have two other computers in the same apartment that are connecting wirelessly through the same router, in the same proximity, so I don't think it's environmental interference. How do I best troubleshoot the likely cause?

I have two routers, one wired one wireless. The wired router is connected to the internet and the wireless router is connected to the wired router. My iPhone and MacBook are both connected to the internet via the wireless router and in turn the wired router. I'm trying to get them to see each other. How?

I have recently received a brand new HP530 laptop sporting an Intel Celeron M chip at 1.6GHz running a pre-installed version of Microsoft Windows Home Basic. Lovely to look at, but I rapidly came to grief attempting to connect to my BT HomeHub WLAN which works just fine for my iMac and another laptop PC.
