Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps?
Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options.
I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.

Some clients of mine have a small consulting business that is rapidly expanding. What started as 1 desktop computer has turned into 4 desktops, 4 laptops (and recently 2 iPhones), and they'll soon be adding some more desktops. They're moving some of the computers out of their home office, and into a "real" office next week and I'm really trying to nail down a good setup for them. I'm looking for your advice on how you've organized a smallish network of Macs, allowing anywhere access of Files, Email, Calendar and Address Book. [more inside]

How does my Windows Mobile PDA communicate with our office Exchange Server successfully without using a VPN, when I have to use a VPN with Microsoft Outlook to get at it?
(And then are there any PC-based programs that can use the same technique as the PDA?)

I just rebuilt a computer with XP Pro for a family member who got hit by multitudes of spyware. She uses Outlook Express but ever since the rebuild, the default email program keeps changing from Express to something else. Initially it was Outlook, as Office is installed, but since they don't use Outlook I uninstalled it and alas, the default email program switched to MSN Explorer or some such. Is there a way I can make sure Outlook Express remains the default program?

A while back, there was a funny little list of the hardest email addresses to communicate to someone else. I can't remember specifics, but things like: bobatyahoodotcom@gmail.com, etc. Anyone know where to find this list?

I used to use mydomain.com to handle website and email forwarding. I would just set the DNS to their servers, and set the forwarding to a spot on my server, and it worked perfectly.
I want to be able to manage all my domain forwarding from one account that dosen't charge per domain.

I recently got an Ipaq for an early xmas present. It's neat and all...but I really don't like that you cannot use an alternate web browser or email client. Does anyone know if Mozilla has their web browser ready for the Ipaq yet? Or an email client? Or does anyone have any software advice for Ipaq?
Thanks!

Say you've got a domain and a server, but the account didn't come with any POP3 setup. Assuming you're not going to abandon that hosting provider for one reason or another, what's the best 3rd party POP account provider? And is this a huge headache?
