My son-in-law has requested a knitted Space Invaders hat. I have found a design source for the various Aliens shapes, but I'm missing the shooting turret. Do you remember the shape and the colors of the turret? I'm thinking green, but I have this nagging doubt that everything was white on a black background, in spite of the very colorful alien invaders images on Google search.

My MacBook's display suddenly faded to a very pale bluish white, and all the colors look very washed out. Closing the display and reopening it will sometimes fix the problem, but within an hour the screen suddenly fades again. Restarting has no effect.

Does anyone know the name of this music video that was very popular in Turkey the last few months: the artist is a woman singing in Hindi (I think); the song is about 'different colors' (we are all different) and has diverse characters - with a lot of diverse styles. Choosing the right makeup and brands is really confusing for me. So many companies - so many colors and combinations. I need help choosing lipsticks, pencils and eye shadows that will look good and feel good.
What are some really excellent brands to go with that are cost effective? Colors that I'm looking for golds, creamy browns, tawny pink - soft and muted. Extra points for classy and luxurious though I'm out of the Chanel, Dior and Bobbi Brown league. I'd say low to middle range in price. Thanks!

We are going to be repainting our master closet pretty soon and are considering new colors to use. Is there such a thing as an ideal wall/ceiling color for a closet--something that won't change the appearance of the colors of the clothing or cast weird glows in the room? I seem to recall that a lighter shade of gray is good for this purpose, but I'm not finding any decent writing to support that notion. The closet is 5 ft. by 11 ft. with a 9 ft. ceiling, lit by two CFLs. The adjacent rooms are in a light yellowy color (shown on the wall in the picture on
this random blog post) with white trim. I guess there's always white? Any advice or links would be appreciated!

I want to buy a sink for my bathroom. The

I have Firefox 3 color options set so that visited links turn a dark Grey when clicked, every site seems to work with this but the sender and subject lines in Gmail.. What's strange is the links on the left hand side of the Gmail page (Inbox, starred, sent mail, drafts, etc ) go dark when clicked on. Does anyone know if Google uses some special CSS or something on the right hand side, can this be overridden so the visited links will turn the Grey I have checked?
