How does this code run?

So I'm boning up on my web development skills, and came across an interesting little box at http://www.mydestination.com/moscow (scroll down to 'Book Your Trip'). How'd they do that? NOT looking to copy it, just learn about how's it done. Plenty more inside. [more inside]

Wordpress Workflow

I'm designing a custom Wordpress theme as part of a project. In addition to the typical Wordpress install, there's also going to be a social media plug-in on top of it (which has already been picked out and installed by another member of the project). This is the most complicated bit of web development that I've done, so I'm curious: what sort of workflow should I set up to make things easy on myself? [more inside]

How to move sidebars after main content in source code?

Help me fix my Wordpress theme so that my left and right sidebar appears in the source code after the main content as I've changed themes and lost 90% monthly visitors because of the duplicate content coming up first now (there's like 80 links in my sidebar). [more inside]

Need help differentiating between image and text links in CSS/HTML

I'm trying to make my image links in a div start at 0.8 opacity, and on hover, bump up to 1 opacity. This works fine - until I also introduce text links to the same div. Then, the 0.8 starting opacity applies to the text as well, making it look weird. Any way to make it apply to the image links only? Thanks.

Help Me Pimp Their Site Please...

Doing some web design after being out of it a long time and my brain isn't in gear. I'm admittedly rusty and oblivious to the latest trends, codes and plugins for designing some of this basic stuff right now. Main goal: if I can make my client's dream site an awesome reality in a quick manner while remaining as lazy as possible, that would be fantastic! ;) [more inside]
