Assuming a woman has given up alcohol, to which she was strongly attached for 15 years, and has also given up cocaine and ecstasy (MDMA), which she used regularly, and she is now drink and drug free: could this past of substance-abuse affect her pregnancy in any way? I'd like to know about cocaine, please. Actually I want to know about coca, and why it's only grown commercially in South America? Why don't they grow it in the Golden Triangle, for example? I've seen a coca bush growing in Sri Lanka, so clearly it can be cultivated in other areas. And why don't people try to grow it hydroponically? Also, how much coca leaf does it take to make a gram of cocaine?

I have a friend is currently getting railroaded out of the Army for cocaine use. He tested hot at least twice (just above whatever measure they use). Problem is, he's never used cocaine. Yes, I believe him.

My friend has gone from an occasional cocaine user to a regular (daily) user. As someone who has experimented with drugs, I never felt comfortable getting overly moralistic with her about her cocaine use, even though it always bothered me. But she's gotten to the point where she is snorting a few times an hour every night and almost all weekend.

If police found a container that to them obviously contained drugs (but there were no drugs in it, except for maybe a small coating of dust in the case of cocaine, or a few flakes of marijuana), could they charge you with anything? (The container in this instance would be a baggie or a box, nothing that is explicity "drug paraphanalia.")
