Our organization is looking to set up a network of sites (at least a 12 for now) for our coordinators in various cities. We have a bunch of specific requirements... Our coordinators are very smart people, but they're not necessarily web savvy. We need something that will make it really easy for them to do what they want, without needing help from us.

I have lost my bookmark! I am trying to find a website that gives information about a typed-in URL. Once you submitted the URL, it immediately returned technical information about the site. It might have been SEO related, but the most useful feature was that it was able to tell you the CMS the site was on (assuming it was a fairly commonly used CMS.) Does anyone know the site I am referring to?

I need to help 10 small nonprofit organizations set up websites. The main criteria is that these groups have to be able to maintain the sites themselves, without needing to learn HTML. Custom-CMS'es are too expensive. Does anyone have experience with good hosts that offer basic CMS-type interfaces? What's the best client-side site builder? I still use notepad for my web work(!), so am kind of in the dark as to what's available.

I've just installed Plone (www.plone.org) for a client on their server. They currently run their sites on Windows 2000 with IIS on port 80. I set up Plone to run on port 81, but what do I need to do to make this accessible to outside traffic? It is currently inaccessible to anyone outside the offices, and I'm afraid I have no expertise with IIS.
