Looking for a movie I saw on TV in the 80s that was about a sad clown/mime who left his circus and was wandering around the city - a foreign city, probably Europe. It is NOT Children of Paradise, but maybe some remake inspired by it. I believe it was a foreign film and was probably shown on Nickelodeon - it was a color film. Very atmospheric and followed the clown wandering in the city. Any ideas?

My Google-fu is failing me. Back in probably the early 90's, there was a Spike & Mike's Animation Festival. One of the animated shorts was this one cartoon about the adventures of a kid with a bunch of clowns, except the clowns all had machine guns. They invade a castle or something and ride up in an elevator, and this quintessential elevator music song plays (for those of you that watch the tv show Castle, that same song (I think) was in the last episode when they were in an elevator, which triggered this memory). Anyway, what was the name of that cartoon?

I'm most likely going to Clown Camp
(!!!) this June in La Crosse, WI. I'd be leaving from Chicago. The best way seems like Amtrak, but I need to be there by 4 and the train doesn't get in until 7. I'll take this back to Chicago, but I need a way to get from Chicago to La Crosse on public transportation. Some options have been a bus from Chicago to Madison and then Madison to La Crosse. I have no familiarity with this area at all. Going on Amtrak the day before is not an option, since I have a wedding the night of the 6 in Chicago! Help please! Also, any tips on clowns/clown camp/clowning/etc. would be appreciated too.

My classroom is starting a production of Twelfth Night
, and I need music for the songs sung by Feste, the Clown. We aren't going to be able to pull off live music. All of the versions of the songs I find on Google already have vocals. Does any one know of instrumental versions of the songs ("Wind and the Rain", "O Mistress Mine", etc.)? I'll even settle for sheet music and creating a MIDI version if I need to.
